Review: Rimmel Wake Me Up Foundation

As usual, Qatar is late on the bandwagon. The Rimmel Wake Me Up Foundation had been around in the UK since forever and I'd seen it in Zoella's videos. Unfortunately, it wasn't available here until a few weeks ago. Because of the good reviews, I decided to try it out.

I had used the Rimmel Match Perfection Foundation previously and I loved it a lot, so I expected a lot from this one. I picked it up for QAR59 at Centrepoint in the shade 200 Soft Beige.

As expected, it gave a really nice, glowy finish, making it look quite natural. It's not very high coverage, but it's quite buildable without getting cakey. It also didn't feel heavy at all. Another thing that I love about this foundation is that it has skincare benefits too. It has Vitamin C and SPF 15, which is awesome if you live in a sunny place like me.

Although, as it is quite glowy, I had to set it with a setting powder so it wouldn't move around too much during the day. It stayed on quite well. It actually looked very nice at the end of the day because it kind of looked like it merged with my skin. It made it look like I had naturally flawless skin.

I definitely recommend checking out the Rimmel Wake Me Up Foundation if you're looking for a natural-looking, drugstore foundation for daily use. I was very impressed!
